Crunchwrap Supreme

This High-Protein Crunchwrap has been one of my go-to high-protein meals lately. It’s everything I love about a Crunchwrap—crispy, cheesy, and super satisfying—but way more macro-friendly. With 55g of protein and simple ingredients, it’s easy to throw together and way more filling than anything you'd get from a drive-thru.

Why You’ll Love This High-Protein Crunchwrap

  • High in Protein: 55g per Crunchwrap to help you hit your goals

  • Fast-Food Feel, Home-Cooked Control: Tastes indulgent but made with better ingredients

  • Easy to Make: Nothing complicated—just layer, wrap, toast, and enjoy

  • Customizable: Sub the meat, change the toppings, or use what you have

Ingredients (Per Crunchwrap)

  • 1/4 lb lean ground beef (93/7)

  • 1 large tortilla (Mission Carb Balance or similar)

  • 1 small tortilla (low-carb or regular)

  • 1 tostada

  • 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

  • 60g nonfat Greek yogurt

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Diced tomato

  • 28g taco seasoning + 1/3 cup water

  • 30g cheese sauce (I used a higher-protein version I made, but any works)

How to Make It

  1. Cook the Beef
Brown ground beef in a skillet, then add taco seasoning and water. Let it simmer until the liquid cooks off.

  2. Assemble the Crunchwrap
On the large tortilla, layer cheese sauce, beef, tostada, Greek yogurt, lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, and top with the small tortilla.

  3. Fold & Toast
Fold the edges of the large tortilla over the center to close. Toast seam-side down in a dry skillet until golden, then flip and toast the other side.

  4. Slice & Serve
Slice it in half and enjoy while warm. It’s crunchy, cheesy, and super satisfying.

This one’s perfect for when you want something hearty but still aligned with your fitness goals. Super easy to adjust based on what’s in your fridge, and always hits.
