French Toast
This High-Protein French Toast is one of my favorite ways to start the day. It’s simple, quick, and actually tastes like the real thing while still being packed with protein. Using protein bread, Fairlife milk, and a scoop of protein powder, it keeps you full and on track without sacrificing flavor.
