  • 17 slices turkey pepperoni

How to Make High-Protein Pizza

1. Prepare the Dough

  • In a bowl, mix flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and Italian seasoning until a dough forms.

2. Roll Out the Dough

  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough to your desired thickness.

3. Add the Toppings

  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

  • Add turkey pepperoni slices.

4. Bake

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

5. Slice & Enjoy

  • Cut into 8 slices and serve warm.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 17 slices turkey pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning into a dough.
  2. Roll out the dough and spread tomato sauce evenly.
  3. Add mozzarella cheese and top with turkey pepperoni.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

You can substitute self-rising flour for all-purpose flour in this recipe. Since self-rising flour already contains baking powder and salt, you can omit those ingredients from the recipe.
